Products & Pricing
We make all efforts to accurately display Product images, descriptions, pricing, and availability on the Website. Despite our best efforts, a small number of Products may be mispriced or miscategorized on the Website.
Product prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
If we discover an error in pricing or description of any Product you purchased, we will contact you prior to shipment. You will have the option to purchase the Product at the correct price, or to cancel your order. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be cancelled and you will be issued a full refund.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time, including after an order confirmation email has been sent. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product/order information, or problems identified by our credit or fraud departments. We may also require additional verifications to accept an order.
Promotions & Discounts
Special promotions and discounts have no cash value and cannot be returned or refunded for cash.
Promo codes and discounts can only be applied during the checkout process. Promo codes and discounts cannot be added after completing an order.
Promotions, discounts, and coupon codes are valid for limited times only, and expire as indicated in the terms of the promotion. When a promotion expires, the standard Product price will apply on any further purchases. Promotions and discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless specifically stated in the terms of the promotion.
If a promotion applies to an entire order, all Products must be purchased in the same order for the discount to be valid. If you return any Products purchased as part of an order with an applied promotion, the promotion/discount value will be deducted from your return credit.
Returns & Refunds
If you are unsatisfied with a Product for any reason, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order, unless otherwise specified. Refunds can only be made back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, Products must be unused and in the same condition as received. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot accept returns of gift cards.
Customers are responsible for shipment of the returned item. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring your package in case it is lost in transit. We are not responsible for return shipments that do not reach our facility.
Once your return is received at our fulfillment center, we will inspect the merchandise. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Refunds are usually issued within 3-5 business days after the return is received at the fulfillment center.
Please follow the steps below to return a Product:
- Initiate the return through our online Returns Portal. You will need to provide your order number and details about the reason for return.
- Repackage the Product carefully in original packaging if possible. Include any accessories, manuals, and documentation that were shipped with the Product.
- Attach the return shipping label to the outside of the package. Make sure the label contains the correct return address for our processing facility.
- Ship the package using a trackable shipping carrier. We recommend purchasing insurance in case the return is lost/damaged. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
- Keep the tracking number from your shipment. You can use this to verify when the return is delivered back to our facility.
Shipping & Delivery
We will make all efforts to deliver your order according to the estimated delivery times listed on the Website; however, delivery times may vary due to shipping carrier delays or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your order has not arrived after the maximum estimated delivery time has elapsed, please contact us immediately so we can investigate. We will make best efforts to locate your order and provide expedited delivery. If the order cannot be located, we will immediately re-ship the Products or issue you a full refund.
Title (ownership) and risk of loss for Products pass to you once the Product is delivered to you by the carrier.
International Shipping
We currently only ship Products within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Customers are responsible for all applicable duties, tariffs, taxes, and fees for their orders. These charges are not included in the price for the Products. Please contact your local customs office for questions related to these costs.
Payment
All transactions are processed through third-party payment gateways. We do not directly collect or store any payment information entered through the Website.
You agree to pay the prices displayed at the time you submit your order. Taxes, shipping costs, and any applicable discounts or promotions will be shown prior to completing your order.
By submitting payment information, you represent you are authorized to use the payment method provided. If the payment method cannot be verified, is invalid, or is not otherwise acceptable, your order may be suspended or cancelled.
If payment is not received by us from the payment service provider, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand. Charges that are declined by the payment service provider will result in cancellation of your order. Any outstanding amounts owed to us can be collected by us or our designated payment services provider.
